About Deb Altieri
Deb Altieri is a seasoned Associate Broker with Houlihan Lawrence and is excited to be associated with such an impressive and cutting edge company. Having been in the Real Estate profession in Westchester County since 1991, Deb has earned numerous recognitions over the years for being a Top Producer. To be recognized by her peers and business associates is rewarding, however, it is the awards Deb received in 2010 and 2011 that she cherishes the most; the "Five Star Real Estate Agent" recognitions as reported in the October 2010 issue of Westchester Magazine and soon to be released October 2011 issue of Westchester Magazine. These recognitions were made after an independent study was conducted and Deb’s past clients were asked to rate her on their overall experience and customer service satisfaction dating back from 2007 to 2010 and then again for 2011. The “Five Star Real Estate Agent” designation represents the top 6% of all Real Estate Agents in Westchester County for Customer Service Satisfaction; 2010 was the first year it was awarded.

Deb prides herself on the expertise she brings her clients including her market knowledge, refined negotiating skills and strategic marketing plans, as well as the advice, guidance and counsel she offers her clients to empower them to make the right choices. It is the wide array of services she provides including staging services to her seller clients that makes her stand out. She gives each of her clients that personal attention to help them make an informed and educated decision when buying or selling a home. It is her goal to make certain her clients have up-to-date marketing information so they can analyze with her and achieve the housing goals they have set for themselves. She takes her clients step by step through the logistics of buying or selling a home and consistently provides information such as Monthly Market Reports and daily Home Finder Reports to assist in the process.

Prior to getting her real estate license in 1991, Deb was a Human Resource Manager with the Americas/Far East Division of Richardson-Vicks Inc. She was responsible to the company’s top executives, relocating them around the world; including arranging for the physical relocation of their household effects as well as administrating their compensation allowances and tax equalization issues. Deb has a unique understanding of the stresses associated with pulling up one's roots and relocating to a new home; possibly a new culture.
